I was very disappointed. Many of the cards were wrinkled. I do not know if they were packaged too tight or what. Also one of the dividers was torn where it is supposed to attach.

I purchased a Fuse tool with high expectations. The wheel on the fuse tool does not turn correctly. Sometimes it works and sometimes not. I bought the WRMK pages. I bought a WRMK glass mat and that does not help. It will work on a paper towel most of the time. It did not work the first time I tried it. The page protector materials runs all down the heated part of tool. I would love to be able to use my Fuse tool. Can you help me?

The artwork is absolutely gorgeous. The quality of the dividers is very good.

Let me start by saying that the artwork is absolutely beautiful. But I was somewhat disappointed when I received my binder. It does not seem to be up to the same standards as Heidi Swapp's other planner products. The binder itself seems to be made of inferior quality materials. As mentioned by another reviewer, it does not close easily (the binder itself, not the rings). You have to actually shake it down hard. Some of the printing on the calendar pages is very difficult to see. And it is a little confusing that the monthly calendar starts on Sunday, but the weekly starts on Moday. It takes some adjustment. I love the fact that it has different areas for Important Moments, Happenings, Notes as well as a lined and unlined area for each day. I would have liked to see real 5 1/2" by 8 1/2" page protectors. I cannot even seem to find any for sale. Even though it could not be practical if any thicker, a couple phone number pages as well as financial pages would be useful.
