beautiful design and quality material

perfect to use in my journal of Waters’ Edges theme.

Not only is the design a true work of art it combines lovely curling areas with finer detail. The thinness of the material makes it easy for the physical application of paint and inks via dabblers. Also texture paste, coloured or left white can be spread over this stencil and reused after washing off to create an even more dramatic wave event image.

The colour is beautiful, sort of vintage, soft, and cosy. The design is fabulous, also reminiscent of the 20’s, a bit like paste papers for backs of book covers. I really hope this gets restocked and more colours and designs become available. I would get lots!

I sure like having all these lovely colours of a product that can add dimension to my paper arts work, mostly making junk journals and envelope folios. I do wish it dried faster though.

I love the design and use it many ways: spelling sentiments with cut out letters, abstract collages, covering boxes, etc.
The tool makes deep textures and can cut the paper if not dampened first with a few spritzes of water or watered down colourant.
I’d like to get larger sized individual letters perhaps 1 cm. high.

quality of material is perfect for stencilling. not too thick is best.

the design is fab and the quality of stencil is very good.
I’m glad it isn’t too thick because it works best for me when it’s thin.

used this for the pages in my ocean junk journal. added some mica to areas so the matte of the oxide plays off the shine like light on the waves
