    first use (13 December 2021)

I haven't used many of these types of markers yet, so here is my initial response.
As I noted for the flip markers, gently press the tip on scrap paper to get the ink flowing. My first attempts had it come out in a blob.
I like the colors, it was kind of a surprise to me that it came out this way the first time.
Looking forward to projects to use these after Christmas.

    first use (13 December 2021)

I just got these and wanted to try them out. You shake them, then push lightly and I say lightly on the tip to get the ink flowing. Start on scrap paper. Don't start them on a project or it will be ruined. The first gush of ink comes out in a blob. I used it on my shipping box. I like all the colors and want to use them on a project, but thought I would post this initial warning first.
I tried to rub it around with my finger, I have a blue tinted finger tip till it wears off. Use something else to spread it around if that is what you want to do.

tacky on fingers (16 June 2021)

I tried this glue to use when wrapping stems of paper flowers. Once in a while it comes out in a blob, but if I very carefully squeeze it just a little comes out. Just be sure to keep the tip clean so it isn't clogged, or it will come out in a blob. Also had trouble when I got it on my fingers, it doesn't wash off and the paper stuck to my fingers, but after a minute I could rub my fingers and get it off. I had to start my stem wrap over again as the glue is wet and the crepe paper tore. But the tear doesn't even show as it all glued back together. It does stick well as long as you don't have to move anything around.
I will use what I have, don't know if I will order more.
Update: I have figured out that this is not the glue I should be using for my flower projects. Have to read the label, stays tacky. Yes it does. So if I am doing something else that requires a tacky surface i will use this.

    I already like this (10 April 2019)

I have been experimenting with products to make a 'sheen' on top of inks. I used this today on top of the Ranger archival ink to make flower petals. And I like the result. I put some drops on a paper plate and used a cotton pad to lightly brush over the ink. I like the result.
I don't really use alcohol inks much, but this worked for me on this project.
    Shake it really good first.

    4 1/2 start (12 June 2018)

I read the reviews and took a chance and ordered one of these. Mine was not broken, yeah. But you have to watch the little latches because they fall off when not fastened in the lock position. Otherwise this was a good purchase for me.

love the words (15 May 2018)

I really haven't seen a stamp with these words, and it's been a favorite of mine for a long time.
I am working to get a good image. Colorbox inks seem a little too thick and my memento ink makes an image that is a little light. But, I will find an ink that works and stick with it.
The stamp is pretty small but readable on a card, and is on good thick red rubber with the backing for an acrylic block.

Not so much (07 May 2018)

I purchased the motor so I could make bulk Christmas cards. My hand always got tired using the competitor machines.

However, everyone else who did a review must have strong hands. Clearly this was designed by a man. I have some arthritis in my hands so I have not been able to successfully attach the motor yet to try it out. I cannot squeeze the side tabs (even with both hands) and get the teeth into the slot.

If I ever get it attached to try it out, I will write another review.

On the plus side, I may not need the motor because the actual machine is so much easier to use the other ones out there.

    Easier (07 May 2018)

I just purchased this machine and did some test cuts. They were so easy to do. Turning the handle is not a chore.

But, it's a little tricky to change the depth because... the knob is on the back side and with the sides down it is stuck to the table. So with my workstation arrangement, I had to push the sides up then adjust the cutting depth.
