I don't know the weight limit for this cart. I bought this cart specifically for using each tray for different projects. In my opinion, No. You can only fit so much stuff in between each tray so I don’t believe weight limit is a consideration. I have two of these carts and each tray is jam packed full of all sorts of crafty items. Additionally, I have the top tray stacked 5 high with boxes and containers of die cuts and embellishments, and I have never had an issue. If you did not put the wheels on it, it would just barely fit. You would not be able to roll it out. You would have to put it in the wide way so you could get the trays out. Also, the top tray would not hold more than a few pieces of paper. I usually do a bunch of projects at the same time and get all the pieces all mixed up. This cart is very helpful, but not really sturdy. i use mostly papers and small trims and cardstock cutouts. I hope this helps. I found the dimensions on another site. This is what they gave: 19.75 wide 30 high 14.5 deep
the tray is : 18 wide 2.8 high 14 deep
