It looks like you're right. I have the Sidekick planner and the larger planner as well. Both planners have the same ring style that show through the cover, and both sets of rings are three at the top and three at the bottom. I also watched an EC video re the smallest planner in the EC product line. I have heard it called two names: "Traveler's Notebook" and "Art Journal," but neither has rings like the two larger planners. Instead, it has holes in the spine for elastic. I couldn't find anything on the EC site with random holes as shown for this macrame die and the other new ones. These random holes are just weird, and I can't imagine what the problem could be other than a huge mistake.

Is there something wrong with all these new dies that are going to be released? All the pictures show holes on the sides that do not line up with how the holes are on the side kick journal. I hope they fix this before they release the new dies.
