Which ATG gun should be used for 3/8” tape. I really like this width but have not been successful in finding which gun to use it with. Also, will an adapter be necessary?   By: User (18-Feb-21) Helpful Question?  Yes  |  No Thank you! Report Inappropriate This question has been reported. Thank you!
    • 3/8” tape is wide than 1/4” but less than 1/2”. Will this still fit the pink gun? By: bfoley53 (19-Feb-21) Helpful Answer?  Yes  |  No Thank you! Report Inappropriate This Answer has been reported. Thank you!

  • This may seem like an odd question, how much does the ATG gun weigh? I have Primary Progressive Multiple Sclerosis and the weight makes a difference due to my hand and arm weakness. Thank you.   By: huttoe (27-Oct-20) Helpful Question?  Yes  |  No Thank you! Report Inappropriate This question has been reported. Thank you!
    • With a full tape roll, it weights just over 14 ozs. You might feel more comfortable using the smaller sized Xyron guns, as they are more light weight. Here's a link to check this out: link Hope this helps. By: Dawna.s Place (29-Oct-20) Helpful Answer?  Yes  |  No Thank you! Report Inappropriate This Answer has been reported. Thank you!

    • If you look at that 1/2 inch tape description it states right out that it is only for the model 700 gun. I don't know what model mine is but I wouldn't buy until I verified that. • No, the only refill offered for this is 1/4". I just took a second look at my gun and I think that that's the only width that would fit.
SBC sells double sided tape from Therm O Web and American Crafts at various widths, but not as gliders. Here's some links: link for the Therm O Web

  • How easy it to refill? I bought a cheap refillable one and it ended up just being a headache.   By: paperismystory (01-Apr-15) Helpful Question?  Yes  |  No Thank you! Report Inappropriate This question has been reported. Thank you!
    • It's easy to refill as long as you go to YouTube and watch a video showing you how to do it and then actually refill yours along with the video pausing along the way to keep up. I don't refill mine very often so I forget and a video helps remind me how to do it. By: kygirlnfla (04-Apr-15) Helpful Answer?  Yes  |  No Thank you!
