When I was putting together my first scrapbook page, I was trying to adhere some ribbon, and I tried liquid glue. Even after the glue dried, you could see it through the ribbon, because the ribbon was so thin and/or transparent, I guess. These mini glue dots worked great, though. They keep the ribbon on the page, they don't show, and they were very easy to use. They were the first adhesive I bought, and they're my favorite.

The more I use Glue Dots, the more I appreciate them. I use the mini size. If I need to adhere something larger than a mini can hold well, I just use two or three. That seems more convenient to me, than storing separate boxes in multiple sizes.
Glue Dots hold very well. I was frustrated at first, because I am so used to adhesives that are repositionable for a time, but once I learned how to use these, I find that I like them a lot. I use them for adhering buttons, and other embellishments that have more mass than paper or cardstock. They seem to work best on smooth surfaces, rather than fuzzy ones, but they also can be stacked, and they kind of mold themselves to fit into curves and valleys.
These are so handy to use and definitely worth every penny spent. They work well to adhere all sorts of embellishments (buttons, flowers, chipboard, metal, ribbon, felt, foam, etc.) that other adhesives don't work too well for. The size is great because they are so small that you can use them on almost any embellishment and they won't protrude from underneath, plus if they do they are clear and not very noticeable. I also love that they are super sticky! I've used other brands and this one holds things together MUCH better than the competing brands. Very easy to use and achieve great, strong, long lasting results!

This is probably the most used of all my adhesive collection which, sadly, is quite large!! They stick to absolutely everything and absolutely everything then sticks to, well, absolutely anything! And their tiny size means that you can use them on the smallest item but also use smaller amounts of adhesive on larger items. ALso, I have cut them in half to make them even smaller - obviously with the clear backing still attached! They will always be on my shopping list!

Yes, I'd heard of Glue Dots for years, I even bought a box of big ones that 'popped' my artwork (and were so strong they might as well have removed the skin off my finger). BUT, this little box of Mini Dots is a new favorite! They keep ribbon, buttons, flowers, and metal adhered to my pages. They are no trouble to apply and they stay put. Love them!
Mini Glue Dots are one of those supplies that you should always have on hand. There are so many uses for them. You can adhere metal, buttons, flowers and anything else that regular adhesive won't work on. They're very easy to use. Just unroll a few inches off the roll, press your button (or whatever) flat against a glue dot, pull it away and the glue dot is on it. Now you can attach it to your project. Just keep in mind that these are permanent. Once you stick them down you cannot reposition them. To any new scrapper reading this, a pack of Glue Dots is money well spent.
I love using glue dots, and use them more than any other kind of adhesive on my los. For some reason the American ones are much better than the ones we get here in the UK (its only that postage that upsets me!). They come away from the backing paper smoothly, and the variety of glue dots available means that there is one for every job.
These mini ones are exactly that - tiny, and hide nicely behind what you're sticking!

What a great product. How did I ever get by before I had these. They are perfect for the embellishment that you just cant imagine how you are going to adhere to your layout. This has saved many of my pages and I actually went back to older layouts where items kept falling off and used this...PERFECT! Its the perfect adhesive for the difficult embellishment. Oh, and its what I always use for ribbon!

I have to agree and give these 5 stars!
Glue Dots - especially the mini size - are very versatile and make just about any craft project go a LOT faster! You can set up a LO in no time using Mini Glue Dots to adhere everything down - from papers to just about any embellishment! And I LOVE that I don't EVER have to wait for anything to dry! And it is never messy! Gotta love that!

I have tried many glue rollers, tapes, and adhesives, but either they get stuck, don't hold, or are very messy. Not so with glue dots. They can be used on so many different types of material and they stay! I have them in all sorts of sizes and types. Besides my xyron, this is the only adhesive I really use on every LO. You cannot go wrong with these!!! Stock up and start creating!!

Is there any scrapper who can get by without these? They are very versatile, in that they can be used on a variety of products. These size of these mini's is great. If you sometimes need something just a little larger, you can use two dots. Easy to use, easy on the pocketbook, easy to store. What more can you ask? And far superior in quality to any of its competitors.

I have to admit, these are some, if not the best adhesive dots out there....i love these minis! They are wonderful to work with when putting down flowers and buttons. They are easy to use and not messy what so ever!! They are a must when cropping. The value is great also, you receive over 200 dots for as little as 4 dollars. Great Value and they work very, very well!
What can I say about Glue Dots? Well, Glue Dots are a very helpful adhesive product. They are easy to use and stick very well. Nothing will fall off if you're using Glue Dots adhesive on your projects. They are sold in several different sizes which makes them perfect for all kinds of craft projects.
These would be an awesome gift! Hint, Hint, Hint......
I recently used the mini glue dots when working with a group of children on a card-making project. Part of the card included using a pre-tied, small ribbon bow. It was so quick & easy for me to put the glue dot on the ribbon, and then the child could put the ribbon on the card. The adhesive is quite strong also, which makes this an excellent product.
I love Glue dots-they can be used with many embellishments-buttons, metal, flowers and ribbon and of course is great with paper. And it's amazing what 1 glue dot can hold. It takes a firm grip the first time so be sure you have your position right, though I have learned how to lift a glue dot without no or minimal damage (depending on the paper)
I use these all the time! They are great for adhering practically anything - including ribbon, fabric, buttons, etc. Their mini size makes them perfect for just about everything. The only thing I would change is to have them on individual little tear-off portions like the lines are so that they are easier to put them exactly where you want them.
You should never be without these. These mini glue dots are perfect for instantly attaching anything with weight or an unconventional finish that other adhesives might not hold. No drying time or warped papers from using a liquid adhesive. They are clear & small so they can easily be hidden. I've even cut them to make them smaller!

I could not scrap without this versatile adhesive, and I always keep several boxes on hand! I use it to adhere almost all of my embellishments, from buttons to chipboard. It keeps everything in place, and you don't have to wait for it to dry. These small dots are the perfect size for gems, and they won't wrinkle your ribbon.

I love the mini size most out of all the glue dot products... they're so versatile and just the right size for so many uses. The "memory book" size are just too large for my needs, including adhering buttons, bows, metal, flowers, etc... Mini is the size you want to keep in your supply bag at all times.
I love Glue Dots too much! I own these in different sizes but the ones I use the most are the minis. I like the fact that I can practically stick anything on my LOs using these, no mess... no fuss... Glue dots are one of the few scrap supplies that I always have in hand.

Mini glue dots are so easy to use and hold anything. They are especially good for small buttons and other similar small embellishments. They are also great for ribbons. I can even roll them up and make them teenier for holding fibers. This adhesive is a must have.
Super strong and easy to use.
These keeps your fingers from being sticky and then messing up your pages with adhesive. Wonderful product. I love these. I've bought different sizes of this for different things and love them (except the vellum ones).

I love Glue dots to death! When I want to adhere buttons they are the perfect choice. They come in different sizes too so no button is too big. Just make sure where you put it thats where you want it to be because Super Strength means 'No Joke!'

I love glue dots of all shapes and sizes and these minis are the perfect size for smaller buttons, jewels and other smaller sized embellies. Great hold, easy to use, and the least messy adhesive you'll ever use. Love them, love them, love them!

I rarely do a a layout without using these great dots. They are perfect for adding small embellishments and because they are on a roll, they are much easier to use on individual items than the sheets of adhesive dots.

I absolutely love these dots! They are great for those little tiny embellies that you want to adhere. Such as the dot of an i. or a bow. They always stick. You must try these. You will not be disappointed!

I love glue dots! They are useful for a thousand and one different jobs. I use them for every project and when I run out and try to use glue I remember why I love these so much.
I absolutely love these little dots. They are strong and do not lose their grip...will adhere anything. I only have one problem! They are not easily avaiable in my country.
I think I use these on just about every LO and altered project I make. They hold well and hide perfectly behind small buttons, primas and jewels.

I just recently bought the glue dots mini and love them. They are perfect for so many scrapbooking and papercrafting projects. I really like the mini dots because they save me from having to use some kind of glue for those more detailed tasks. They are also very easy to use. These are a great tool from the beginner to expert scrapper
I like this product but have become very worried about the day I run out. It's not an unlimited amount they offer in this small box and I'm been so desperate for adhesive I've turned to using them (all the Glue Dot products) to help supplement my double sides Scotch tape.
I love that this is soo little adhesive in a dot and it holds up so well! You are suprised at how well these mini dots really hold up. The reason for four stars and not five is the packaging. Other than that, I really do like this product!
I bought these for the first time a few weeks ago. The glue is fine, I didn't have any problems with things staying put, but the size of each dot seems to vary. They're not uniform; some are a normal size and shape and then some are smaller radially, but thicker. I also found that you get a little string of glue as you take it off the roll. I've had better luck with Zots so I would stick to that.

I've been a huge fan of glue dots for many years, but these didn't really meet the mark. They aren't very sticky, and really only stick well to themselves. Usually glue dots products, and even the mini dots are much better. I don't know if I got a bad box, or if the quality has declined.
