I love American Craft albums! I have about a dozen of the 12x12 and the 8.5x11 albums with chipboard and fabric covers. They are the fantastic. This one I love even more. It has the same 3-ring system as my other ones, but this one is so much prettier! I can wait to order more!!
I love the quality of these albums - I've already got a red and a black and I'm looking forward to filling up the green one I just ordered. The d-ring design holds a ton of layouts, and the cloth cover looks really great! I highly recommend this product!
I have been wanting to try 3-ring for a while (using post bound before). So happy with the outcome of this album and the ease of adding pages or rearranging their order. Highly recommend this album!
I love this book....I especially love this color.....I would buy this again. I have just switched to 3 ring binders...and I love them....will never use posts again......This is wonderful and now the colors they are coming out with are just beautiful....I will buy more of these. They are not as easy to clean as the leather ones...but the colors are just fabulous.
this is the best album ever! I love them! so easy to add more pages or change them around, so sturdy, stylish, and great clear colors! like the window opening on the cover as well. the price is wonderfully cheap also!
I have been using postbound albums since I started scrapping 2 years ago. I recently purchased this album by American Crafts because I heard such rave reviews about the 3 ring binding system. Although I was a little hesitant to change out my album system, I am so happy I took the plunge!
This album is a very vibrant green color, which I love. I am a fan of bright colors, and what better manufacturer for bright colors than American Crafts? I love that the album is fabric covered as it makes it very durable and easy to dust.
I love the D-ring design. I do not scrap in chronological order so it makes moving the order of my pages a snap, literally! I am thrilled that I can just add my finished layout to the page protector and worry about ordering the album later. It helps to keep my recently finished layouts a lot safer than they used to be, when they were piled up on my scrap desk until I got them in the correct order for the postbound albums.
The D-Rings also hold many more pages than my postbound albums were able to. I am not necessarily a flat scrapper so I love that with the D-Rings I don't have to worry about my chunky pages with buttons, flowers, and other embellishments fitting and not getting ruined by the weight of the other pages.
The only con I found with this album is that it is a little on the long side for regular bookshelves. Granted, right now it fits on the bookshelf, but it can be a balancing act at times. If I had a wide bookshelf that could hold 12x12s, it would be no problem!
I think the pros definitely outweigh the cons and I am planning to buy more of these albums when the time comes!
