I have a Cropper Hopper tote with quite a few of these - but not for planning my pages... I have them labeled by color and this what I keep my cardstock scraps in. :-) It works perfect because it has the 12x12 pocket for full sheets, the 6x12 pocket for smaller pieces, and the small front pocket for the itty bitty scraps. So as I am creating my page, I just pull the ones for the colors I will be using. It is a great way to organize all those little pieces instead of throwing them away. If I need orange for my snowmans carrot nose, I have little pieces I can cut from instead of using a full sheet of cardstock. Great way to save $$ on paper!!
I love this product! Since I usually go to crops, I love being able to preplan and have everything for a page together. The three pockets are great. I actually use the front pocket (shown here with the planner card inside) to hold my pictures and just clip the planner card to the outside. The second pocket holds my embellishments, stickers, ribbons, etc. The last pocket hold my 12x12 papers and larger sticker, rubon packets. The planning card os very useful--it has space for a sketch, title ideas, color schemes, products used/or needed. (I keep these on file, so I can always refer back for product names, etc.)
I like to have all the basics - patterned paper, cardstock, pictures etc. - all planned out before I start working on a new page...especially if I am going somewhere else to scrapbook. These page planners are great because you can easily put lots of paper etc in one, put it in your bag and go! The planner card is really helpful because you can list possible page titles, make sure you have all the supplies you need for the page, sketch the page layout and make journalling notes. The page planner is also good for storing pages you haven't quite finished yet. Love these things...will have to get more!
I am usually not very productive at crops. I ponder over paper - debate which embellishments to use - toy with the placement of my pictures. This is very time consuming when time is of the essence! Well, this product changed all that for me. I ordered these to prepare for a NSD crop I was attending. Putting everything for my layouts, including having a place to sketch my page plan and list journaling ideas, increased my productivity so much!! I already have a few loaded for when I have a chance to sit and pull a few pages together. These will be in my inventory from now on.
Just got these delivered today. I believe they are going to be wonderful at helping me get started with my scrapbooking hobby. I am a compulsive organizer, and chaos intensely stalls out any creative work I try to do. Being able to organize the cardstock, patterned paper, embellishments, and photos all in one place is a wonderful idea for those times when the creative ideas are flowing and I can put together the things I need for a layout, then when I really just want to sit and scrap, I will have a layout all set to be worked on.
I just got my order of these and the sticker holders. LOVE them both. They fit in my cropper hopper paper holders, on my paper trolly. I sat yesterday and filled them all and got some pages set up in th process - and actually already made one of those pages!! First page done in months so I'm psyched!! I am going to order more, then start putting the photos in that I want to scrap and as I find papers etc put them together and file them. When I do have some time to scrap, I'll have most of my stuff ready!! Awesome.
I finally decided to start tackling organization of all my scrappy goodness. Part of my organizational problems is related to works-in-progress stacking up and getting stored with everything else in a drawer. This three pack started to make a dent in that issue last night...but I already need more sets!
I'm stoked that I can fit several sheets of (some lumpy as they are WIP) 12x12 paper -- LOADS of room! Currently, I can organize by subject... but, yeah, I'll be ordering one more set soon!
Theses are THE BEST for EVERYTHING!!! To explain more, if I have a page in progress, but need to stop and clean up, I can simply put everything in the neat organized pouches of this. Also, if I'm going to a crop or scrapbooking convention, these make for great, preorganized pages, so that you don't feel like you're starting from scratch when you get there. They're easy to organize, and now matter how much "stuff" I "stuff" in them, they never get bulky.
These are fabulous for planning 'under construction' pages. The tabs on top are great for putting a label and being even more organized. They are clear enough to see your paper in there. There is a little pocket on the front for putting notes on, & keeping little embellishments. Seriously, these are the best organizational thing I have ever come across. They are replacing many ziplock bags I have...
And they are affordable too!
This is ideal for storing your paper and scrap pieces together by color or design. When you need a piece you can see what is available in size without wasting more paper, due to the scrap pieces being located elsewhere. They will all be together in one location. I would love to see Cropper Hopper further enhance this product by offering a little more pocket size in depth, and selling more bulk quantities than 3 per pack.
These are great for keeping your pages in progress organized. I also use them to put every thing together when I am planning my layouts. Be sure to jot down your ideas and include a picture if you have it. No more wondering what you bought that specific paper for and where the matching embellishments are. The only down side is you can always use more pockets but the one large pocket on the back does hold a lot.
I use these to organize everything for crops. I have all my embellishments, paper, pictures, everything together and ready to go. The note card is really useful: When I get to the crop I can see exactly what I planned so I don't waste a bunch of time trying to remember what I wanted to do.
I like the page planners by Cropper Hopper because I can collect alll I need for a page layout, put it all together in one place and save it for later or a group crop. They are easy to store, as well as handy to travel with.
i love this page planner pack. it's great for packing up to go to crops. there are places for the paper, stickers, embelishments and the photos. so you won't forget anything (accept maybe glue). this is one product to order multiples of.
I'm a SAHM to a 4month old so these make it easy to prepare a LO in advance. Makes scrapping much easier for me now.
I use 2 of them to plan my LO's n the third to store some pp
I purchased this page planner more as a storage solution to my 12x12 scrapbook paper with the idea that I could keep full sheets in the large pocket and scraps in the smaller pockets. I have a folder for each color family. There is a 12x8 pocket on the back of the folder; I would prefer it to be on the front for easier access. The label tab at the top stands up far enough to show, even with paper with those perferated sku borders. And it will hold just as much paper as the similar Cropper Hopper paper file. It also seems to be very durable, not flimsy.
These make it easier to keep my planned out pages together when I only have 15 min a day during the week to work on something.
When I come up with an idea real quick I just pop everything that came to mind for the page into the designated sections of the planner. It has great little inserts that you can write notes or what have you on.
It just should have been dry erase maybe so I use index cards so not to ruin them.
I am such an organization freak and these are the best! I can put 12x12 paper, stickers, ribbon, stamps, anything you would need to complete a page. Great space saving for going to a crop. Only wish the LO inserts were easier to find! For now I have one blank one that I keep to make my own copies.
I realized I really don't need it.... maybe others are diffrent, but instead of planning a page for a long time I just get started lol.... I like the idea of a page planner and I like how this one was done but I really don't ever use mine :-S
This product is great!! I know I have all I need when I go scrapping. I organize it when i am doing a page or two and then i know I have all i need.
the only thing is I wish it did have a small place to add the glue!!!!
This is a great organizational tool, if you plan out your pages in advance. However, I find that for my style it just didn't work.
