      Unable to download

      I purchased this product w/o realizing it was a downloadable product. My mistake but when I contacted Scrapbook.com the email I received about downloading didn't work. I logged in and where I was told the item would be it was not. I tried to pull it up in my history and still nothing.

      I am very happy with Scrapbook.com as a whole, this is the first time I've been disappointed so I can't rate this product as I never "received" it.
