    Nice vivid colours

Vivid and coloured as online. As usual, the packaging was excellent!! I've always been impressed at the care given to ensure items come without creasing, etc.

  • Culturally inappropriate depiction

I was horrified when I saw the representation of the Australian Aborigine on this Scrapbook Customs page. The depiction of the Indigenous Australian is inappropriate. It is a stereotypical depiction that may have been acceptable in the past, but is in no way acceptable in the present. The manufacturers/designers would not depict their own indigenous people in such a way, so why would they believe it acceptable to represent the Australian indigenous people patronising and discriminate way. How would scrappers in the USA respond if a pages representing the states of the “deep south ” included a depiction of a 19th C representation of an African plantation slave? The designers of this page have made a gross error of judgement in believing that this is in anyway acceptable. Very disappointing.
