And now here in this cage is a beast most ferocious Who's known far and wide as the spotted atrocious Who growls, howls and yowls the most bloodcurdling sounds And each tooth in his mouth Weighs at least sixty pounds.
As we go walking through the Zoo
This is what we'll see,
Elephants and hippos,
And monkeys in a tree.
Tigers roaring loudly,
Giraffes who stand so high,
Dolphins swimming freely,
And parrots in the sky.
So let's all go walking,
Having fun the whole day through,
As we go on our field trip,
To the friendly city zoo.
At the zoo we saw a bear
He had long, dark fuzzy hair
We saw a lion in a cage.
He was in an awful rage.
We saw the big, long-necked giraffe,
And the silly monkeys made us laugh
But my favorite animal at the zoo
Is the elephant - how about you?
I meant what I said, and I said what I meant.
An elephant's faithful, one hundred percent.
If a cow laughs hard, does milk come out its nose?
Nature's greatest masterpiece, an elephant, the only harmless great thing; the giant of beasts.
Roar and Slither
Squawk and Coo,
Things are happening,
At the Zoo!
The quizzical expression of the monkey at the zoo comes from his wondering whether he is his brother's keeper, or his keeper's brother.
The zoo is a place for animals to
study the behavior of human beings.
Who knew there was so much to do at the zoo?
Zoo: An excellent place to study the habits of human beings.
