    Heidi swapp marquee letters

    Decided to do some quilling with these letters, had my “Q”, local stores don’t carry anymore, needed A and P, still looking for P. Thanks for having great items and items of good quality.....not to mention I always receive in good condition and in a timely manner

      I'm sorry but I can't answer your question just yet. The letter I'm working on at the moment didn't come with any lights.
