I was really looking forward to receiving my Letterboard, and at more than $50 it was an investment for me. I was extremely disappointed when it arrived today in a box that was barely sealed. There is a large crack in the frame, and the corner is totally bent in from being poorly packaged.
Scrapbook.com should definitely take more care in packaging products that are not only expensive, but meant for display. I'm very disappointed.
I'm so happy that I decided to purchase a letterboard! So much so that I ended up buying another one! Now I have one for home and one for work. It's fun to change them out with various sayings and I love the options of letters and words available! Definitely worth the purchase.
This was not well made. The back is just thick chipboard held in by those little metal pegs you'd find on a cheap picture frame. Mine was warped and three of the pegs had fallen out before I even opened it. For the price, I was expecting better quality.
