One of the buttons was cracked (but not completely broken), the center images for some were askew (I pulled them off and reattached with Glossy Accents), and a handful had some sort of residue stuck to the top that wouldn't easily come off. I found I could either leave the residue in place, which detracted from the attractiveness of the product, or try to scrape it off, which left scratches in the shiny material. I ended up scraping it off and then covering it with Glossy Accents.
