I am confused about the weight of this cardstock. The large label says 110lb, however the information down near the bottom above the paper size says 65#. Which weight of this item is correct. I have to admit, it does not feel as heavy as other 110 stock I have purchased, but feels heavier than other 65lb.

Does work with COPIC markers? No bleeding?

I used Copic, spectrum noir and aenart brush pens, there was no bleeding from either of them. This is great paper if you like the heavy stock, which I do.
