“I've been wanting something like this for a while. Wish the under lip was a little thicker. Paper tends to slip. Must tape top sheet to next sheet, but not really an issue. Will use these often.” – drcarrizales
I am very pleased with these rulers for adding borders and mats. I have found that If I use my repositionable glue runner and add a small piece of cards stock on the edge of the side I am cutting the mat on, the ruler doesn't slip off as easily. Then I just lift it up and stick it onto the next side and continue on all 4 sides. Works great.
Each ruler has 2 wideth on each side, so it is very hard to make sure that you stay with the same one on all four cuts. It also slips really easily while you are cutting. The first time I used it it worked great, but as I tried different widths it got more confusing because there is such a small difference in them and they just don’t stay wedged against the card stock good enough. I wish they worked better because I like them, but i got frustrated with them!
