This is the first time I have ever, on any website, given a 1 star review! I would have given zero ! I don’t comprehend the several glowing reviews above,
I agree completely with the one negative review, it is correct in every way,
I have been looking for a circle cutter ever since the M.S. went out of production; I even reached out to the team here by email to ask their advice.
1.This cutter requires the use of paper larger than the cutter itself, due to the way it secures the sheet, or ~ 12 x 12 ; even if you need a bunch of smaller circles, it can’t be done.
2. These blades are designed to be quickly consumable, require refills
3. There are 2 tiny but deep slots meant to store the blades; but blades are either loose & fall out or wedge so deep &refuse to be pried out .. and because they are tiny, round & slippery , there’s no place or texture to grip them.
4 The tiny round blade pins must fit into tiny, clear plastic, slots on the cutter; many of which are improperly shaped or blocked.
5. The blade will fit the slot in only one exact, poorly marked orientation , provided the slot is intact.
6 .My oversight: I didn’t realize there are only slots at 1/2” intervals between smallest & largest circle; so not any size in between can be cut.
7. It can be difficult to get the cut started; however , once it does, it cuts a nice clean circle... but only from a very light weight of paper... but not too light !!! Sadly, doesn’t work on card .
Using this cutter is like herding cooties ..chasing blades jumping out of small slots ... or prying stuck blades out of smaller holes.
First of all, you have put the blade in the little slot. Some of the slots are sealed and you can't get the blade into the slot. Next, you can only cut thin paper. Forget cardstock. Next, the blade only works for a bit and then you have to buy more. It comes with two. And last, the paper has to be bigger than the circle you want to make so it can lock into the edge of the paper. Wastes a lot of paper.
You can only get some circle sizes, no measurements in between are possible. It only holds pieces of paper big enough to be held by the border. The only way the paper will be held in place to be cut is if it's PIERCED by the border. So you have to ruin a bigger sheet just to get a small circle. NOT PRACTICAL. I wouldn't have bought it if I knew that...
This is perfect for making all my circles. I did watch the video before using it to see any tips and they did help make it VERY easy. I am using a lot of circles now for tags and shaker cards. Love it!!!
Love it! Best ever... cuts perfect clean cut circles of bang sizes quickly and ooooohhh so easily.
IN NO WAY CAN I CUT A PERFECT CIRCLE, BUT NOW I CAN !! THIS PRODUCT IS AMAZING!!!
I am always excited about WeR tools. This was no exception. I had a little trouble getting the blade into the notch, but I think that was operator error. It cut so smoothly and easily. Excited to have this tool in my creative arsenal.

I just purchased one of these and was excited to get home with it but unfortunately it does not appear to have any blades. I am so bummed because the store is closed now and doesn�t open again until Monday. Where are they supposed to be?

Can it cut with felt ?

This item will cut paper and cardstock. Unfortunately, it is not recommended for cutting felt.
