I was surprised at how much paper fits in these expandable files! Alot I can tell you. I like to sort by theme or category and the internal tabs allow me to sort even further. Very, very happy overall. I put them sideways on a shelf which does make it difficult to tell where the edges of each folder are so I marked the front of each folder along the edge facing outwards with a red permanent marker....just about 1/2 inch so I can quickly grab the whole folder otherwise when storing sideways you look for the front and back of each folder.
I use these for specialty or printed papers. The clear slots allow me to see the papers at the front of each slot, when I expand it to look inside. There are also tabs at the top that you can label. I got a few and have found nothing better. They fit in the Storage Studios paper holders, which I also love. You could also put them on a shelf between some other things to hold them in position - so they can just be used on their own (will NOT stand up on their own, though).
This really serves it’s purpose, It holding a block of 100 sheets 65lb multicolour and a 25 sheets of plus others, it good it all in. It as tab to insert tags to help classify by type of papier, making 11 pockets.
For a beginer crafter/hobbiest like myself, this is an inexpensive way but safe way to store my 12 x 12 sheets that just don’t fit anywhere.
I cannot believe how much time I spend scraping vs. searching for things. I have several of these, sorting by theme and then more for sorting generic papers by color. I found a wire basket at Target that holds these giving me easy access. Ordering another one today!
This is my first experience with the expadable paper storage product and I love it!. Will be buying more in the near future!
I wasn't sure when I ordered this what to expect. I LOVE this! I really like that I can keep all my various travel related papers together, and when I am looking for something it opens up for easy access. I am definately going to order more!
Oh my gosh! So much fun and so handy! I have Christmas only in one folder. Sections are cut outs on one side, stickers on the other back to back. The other will be filled soon with extras in stock the same way. Great product that does not require extra space actually. I'll be back!
I love these things. Will definitely buy more when they are back in stock. You can fit 12x12 sheets, even a paper pad if it’s a thin enough. Great way to store collections or random bits and pieces.
Great folder to hold whatever you want, 12 x 12 PP or scraps. I have already slipped some paper in the divided slots and it’s perf! My only complaint is first slot (at front of folder) and last slot (at the back) won’t actually hold a full 12 x 12 sheet, they are just a little too small.

Can somebody answer correctly the question about if the pockets are open inside that small item can go between pockets?

Hi Naticris! No, the pockets are not sealed on the bottom, so small items can travel between pockets if they fall to the bottom.

I'd like to know if the pockets are sealed at the bottom. For example, if you drop a button in pocket, can it move to the next pocket under the individual dividing plastic sheets?

It is a soft vinyl and will not stand on it's own. also the pages are not sealed to the bottom on the inside but does have dividers.
