    The best score board ever!

We R Memory Keepers have made scoring easy peasy! No more guessing and counting, all the measurements are there for you especially when your eyes get tired. No more wasting paper because of incorrect scoring. This is the only score board I use. I haven't tried making an envelope because I use their envelope punch board. I'll post another review once I try the score tool.

    one key thing

be sure to hold your paper steady when scoring or it will move and be crooked. simple physics ... just like with a guillotine cutter. slow and careful will give you great results!

I don't know how I lived without this!

After 20+ years of scrapbooking and cardmaking, I finally purchased a Score Board. (I had been using the interchangeable score blade on my Fiskars trimmer.) This board is a great investment and I find myself reaching for it over and over again to create precise score lines. It includes a bone folder that stores inside the unit so it doesn't get lost. On the con side, it's large to tote to a crop but it's lightweight so it's really not too much of an issue. My advice to you: treat yourself to a Score Board, you may find that it stays within reach as you will use it a lot.

  • Measurements don't work. No instructions

I tried every size of paper listed for envelopes. None of the envelopes came out the correct size. Instructions are useless. No visuals, no detail, no success.

  • Does it have a place to store the bone folder? What's the difference between this and the Scor-pal? and benefits or drawbacks for either?   By: lilyjlee (19-Jan-19) Helpful Question?  Yes  |  No Thank you! Report Inappropriate This question has been reported. Thank you!
    • Yes the bone folder stores on the back. There is also a triangle that stores on the back that helps you make envelopes. The triangle has measurements on it for gift boxes. I have never used the scor-pal so I cannot give you any info on the differences. By: walkerdill (20-Jan-19) Helpful Answer?  Yes  |  No Thank you! Report Inappropriate This Answer has been reported. • Score pal works great. Only problem is the numbers are small and hard to see in the board. By: Paperwerx (29-Jun-20) Helpful Answer?  Yes  |  No Thank you! Report Inappropriate This Answer has been reported. Thank you!

  • Can you purchase the tool that helps you make boxes? I purchased my score board from a local store, and this tool was missing when I opened the package.   By: denese4270 (23-Oct-19) Helpful Question?  Yes  |  No Thank you! Report Inappropriate This question has been reported. Thank you!

    • This tool is normally stored on the underside of the board. While we do not have replacements that are meant for this board, you should be able to use any bone folder tool with the score board. The board sent is exactly the one pictured?   By: User (31-Mar-18) Helpful Question?  Yes  |  No Thank you! Report Inappropriate This question has been reported. Thank you!
    • I am glad I chose this board. It works great. It holds 12x12 paper. Measurement rulers are on the top and left side of the board in 1/8" increments. On the right side and at the bottom, measurements are in centimeters. There is a triangle attachment for making envelopes. However, I very rarely use it because I bought large packs of multi-colors of envelopes in sizes A2, A7, A4 , and A6 from Amazon.

I like this board so much, I bought the smaller board that measures 6 1/2 by 7 1/8. Having the smaller board saves me the trouble of using the large board when I am folding smaller pieces of paper. It comes with it's own bone folder. On the backside, is an envelope maker. I recommend both of these products for card makers. By: artycat (18-Aug-20) Helpful Answer?  Yes  |  No Thank you! Report Inappropriate This Answer has been reported. Thank you!

  • How does this compare to the Martha Stewart score board?   By: bmeilak (16-Aug-20) Helpful Question?  Yes  |  No Thank you! Report Inappropriate This question has been reported. Thank you!
    • I haven’t used the Martha Stewart board. But I’m delighted that I upgraded from the mini scoring board to this full size one. I get good, clean scores with this with the option of using the envelope guide tucked in behind it. By: helenwheels81 (19-Aug-20) Helpful Answer?  Yes  |  No Thank you!
