Instructions: To use the We R Makers Planner Punch Board, first find your planner type on the chart printed on the bottom of the board. If necessary, trim your paper to the correct size for your planner (provided on the chart) before continuing with punching. Next, use the chart to look up the numbers for the punch positions for your specific planner type. Insert the needed number of punches (paper slots facing towards the non-hinged edge of the punch board) with the arrow at their center front aligned at the required numbers on the planner board. Slide the paper into the punches and align it with the edge guide on the left side of the Planner Punch Board. Push down the Planner Punch Board’s handle to punch. Remove the paper, flip it over, and re-insert it in the punch, and repeat the punching. (A few planner configurations do not require this second punch – see the chart on the Planner Punch Board for details.)

    FINALLY!!!!!!!

I am getting really tired of things not fitting, and I can make my own holes anywhere I want. The stamp is very easy to use, requires very little pressure to push down and the holes are amazing. I tried a bunch of different papers yesterday and it didn't have any problems with thick glittered cardstock to plain solid cardstock. If you are into planners , this is a must have. You can have several different sizes and it won't matter any more. You can have the planner you desire and do the holes as you want them. Great idea. Thanks We R Memory Keepers.

    Punch for any album

I just received this and am very happy with my purchase. It's nice to know that whatever album or planner I buy, I will have a punch for it. I tested it out and it works fine. Instructions are simple and easy to work.

    Just ok

The idea behind this item is a good one. It just needs some refinement. While the "plugs" open up lots of options for various kinds of binders, I found them a little clumsy in that the numbers identified on the panel Re so small and the grooves so tiny, it's easy to make a Mistake. Also, the chart on the bottom of the platform are very small and if you need to find the size for. A5 for instance, good luck trying to read it because it's in the dark stripe. One other thing, you can only punch 1 sheet at a time successfully. Look for something else. JoAnns has a metal one for $14 that has two 3 hole sliders for punching planner pages. Maybe this would work better.

    Do not waste your money!

I wouldn't even give this 1 star if I could! I recommend buying a different punch if you want to punch holes for an A5. My planners are the Carpe Diem and Recollections. The actual punches that fit in the notches kept coming out of the slots. Plus you essentially have to punch twice for each page. I ended up going and buying an A5 hole punch for a fraction of the cost and it is more effective. I am sure it is a great option for spiral ring if you buy those since there are no other punches on the market. As for A5 holes. This is not the punch for you!

    Very useful

This is very handy if you have several different planners. It punches thick material such as cardstock, and laminated paper for your dashboards. The only drawbacks is the numbers and grooves are hard to see. Maybe should of added color to them . I plan on rubbing over the numbers with a permanent marker so i can see them better. The other issue is holes dont exactly lineup with the filofaxes.I just dont push the paper all the way to the back stop, once i found the correct place to stop i just marked it with marker, problem solved. Its easy to work most planners are listed on the back. Its really Worth the money to have a punch for all your planners in one system.

    Best purchase yet!

I have been using adjustable hole punchers and spiral punchers and of course, none are as portable as We R Memory Keepers punch board. I design planners and this punch is perfect for on the go and at home! No more multiple punchers! The only downfall I have discovered are their measurements are just a shy off so I had to play with it a bit to get it aligned for a 3 ring binder. The measurement was very close! They have a fantastic guide to help you with different binders. I am ecstatic over this purchase and recommend it to all who design planners or books!

    Great product!

I am so thankful I found this product! I used to punch my homemade planner pages with a single hole punch! (Seven times for my planners.) What a pain! Figurative and literal! This thing is an answer to prayer! I can easily punch 4 sheets at a time of regular paper, turn them around do it again to get the other side and I'm done! I have a Franklin Covey planner, and another one I don't know the name of but has the same configuration, and it works great for both. The price is reasonable too.

Questions & Answers
  • Just got my planner punch board today, and was disappointed that the chart on the bottom does not list the spacing placement for the MAMBI Happy Planners. These planners are shown on the chart in your videos--but are not on the punch board I received. I have played around with the punch placement, but can't seem to get it just right for my MINI Happy Planner.

Can you tell me the numbers where the punches should go for a Happy Planner? I plan to use the round punches that came with it, and cut the little slits to make the pages fit until we can get the punches for that planner.

Also, do you have the punch placement chart for the different size planners in a .PDF or other file, so I can look at it while placing the punches?

Thank you if you can help with either of these issues.

    • The notches in the We R Memory Keepers Punchboard are 2mm apart. Unfortunately, the MAMBI Happy Planner punches are 25mm apart. Since 25 can't be divided by 2, it takes a lot of adjustment to make it work. If you set the first one at 3, the next one at 28, and the third one at 53, you have every other hole. Then you can flip it around and do the other side at 2, 27, and 52, but you'll still have to deal with the middle. Honestly, I gave up and bought a Happy Planner punch. It was just too much trouble. • Hello so I'm a fellow happy planet and I wanted to change my covers and redo my planner you can't use the 365 creative punches in laminate or plastic . They're not able to go through anything but maybe cardstock. This punch is not going to ideally go through laminate the same grade as a HP which is 10mil there is 2 punches that can do it perfectly the arc punch y staples ( Amazon has it cheaper ) the full size lenverger ( costly just as good as the arc punch cheaper on Amazon as well ) .
These are the 2 punches that are a must have in diy discbound planning I would personally not spend the money on the levenger punch the arc punch is awesome you won't be disappointed ... • Mine just arrived yesterday. It punched holes for my A5 Filofax perfectly. I then punched holes in the plastic material that my Filofax came wrapped in. It punched through without a problem, therefore I am pretty sure there should not be a problem with laminate. By: tamaramallett (20-Apr-17) Helpful Answer?  Yes  |  No Thank you! • I use a Carpe Diem planner. The pages came with my planner are punched 1/4 inch from the side. I have purchased 2 other page punches that are supposed to work with A5 planners. They do actually punch so that the pages can go in my planner but the holes are much closer to the edge of the paper. At about 1/8th of an inch from the edge. Which means they don't line up exactly with my other pages. Using your punch, what is the distance from the edge of the paper to the punched hole? And can it be adjusted? It may be trivial, but I would really like to be able to punch holes that line up with the pages already in my planner (without having to punch them individually with a single hole puncher).   By: robbinday (28-Jan-17) Helpful Question?  Yes  |  No Thank you! If I put them on the side in order to close the lid, there is no room for the 5 of them. What am I doing wrong?
