It is a beautiful purse; however, once received, it was much smaller than I anticipated. Also, the zipper is metal and did not close very cleanly. I had trouble zipping and unzipping it. I felt as though the zipper was going to break. I would still recommend the purse, but, was a little disappointed in the quality, especially being an Anna Griffin purse.

I love the design of this purse but the zipper is awful! It sticks badly. I've tried rubbing a bar of soap along it as well as chapstick. That has helped a little bit but not enough that I can be confident that the zipper is going to open or close next time I need it to. I really don't want to return this as like I said, it is just beautiful. Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can get the zipper working correctly?
