    Embossing paste

I recently purchased this embossing paste after what I've used for years is now gone. What a nice difference!! This paste is smoothe, dries quickly and I love it. Embossing paste gives your projects the WOW factor, try this one, you'll be using your paste more and more with the ease this one creates.

    First Time Using

I watched a you tube video using Embossing Paste which caught my interest. I had never used Embossing paste so I wanted to give it a try.
I received it in a few days and am very pleased with the product. I'll certainly buy again.

    Awesome Paste

Never tried embossing paste but if I had known how easy it was to actually used, would had done it years ago. Picks up color easily and very smooth to work with. Loving it.

  • Can you sponge, blend ink over this embossing paste when it is dry? Thank you.   By: Nice day (28-Jan-21) Helpful Question?  Yes  |  No Thank you! Report Inappropriate This question has been reported. Thank you!
    • Yes you can. The only difference you’ll experience is that although it accepts ink, the areas around it, such as the nooks and crannies, will accept ink more, and paste will react like a slight resist. So, it depends on the look you’re going for. However, if you use texture paste instead, the ink will be the same color on the paste as on the surrounding nooks and crannies. I only own texture paste, as it dries much smoother in the end vs. embossing paste, and is also easier to apply despite being a little thicker. And another difference you will see is if you heat emboss the embossing paste with embossing powder. You’d apply powder while it’s still wet, then once dry, go ahead and heat emboss the embossing paste. The texture paste, however, will bubble up while heating and give you a different look in the end, and not quite as nice. So I’m going to color the paste itself using ink before applying to my project, and I’ll have no need to heat it. I just saw a video by J. McGuire on youtube and this is all of her information, by doing a side by side comparison. So hope this helps just the same. By: ckforester (05-Mar-21) Helpful Answer?  Yes  |  No Thank you!
