    Creates cute, layered balloon image

    This stamp creates layered balloon images that can help add some fun and festive decorations to your creations. This stamp requires stamping in one softer color and then stamping with a complimentary color in another shade to create an almost authentic mylar balloon image. Can't wait until the die is available!
