This glitter cardstock is not shaded like this photo looks and is not quite the same color, so I'm disappointed with that. That having been said, it's a straight blue color and is very pretty. I can't call the color peacock blue, as there is an island nearby which is where Tabasco Sauce is made where there are live peacocks and they are beautiful, with their striking colorings. The males, that is. The peahens are dull in color, without the fan tails the males have, which is typical for birds, which are dimorphic in coloring. Dimorphic means that the males and females can be identified by their two kinds of coloring, such as peafowl and Cardinals, etc. I love glitter cardstock and will get a lot of use out of this color, which is good because I bought three of this color. With glitter cardstock, it doesn't shed glitter all over the place. :D
Very vivid blue color. The picture doesn't do it justice. It's bright. The paper itself is also very thick yet bendable. The glitter is textured but not chunky but the thickness of the paper is such that I almost thought it had a sticker backing.
