This heavy-weight card stock look expensive and really provided a truly elegant-looking back-ground for my hand-made Christmas cards. But, the red was a bit different than the online photo, so clashed a bit with my multi-layered embellishments. The photo shows a back-ground color that is a bright "tomato" red, but the card stock actually has a back-ground that is a bit darker than shown and is more of a deep "cardinal" or "cherry" red. But the gold foil holly leaves that cover the sheet are truly spectacular-looking. I did not use the reverse side of the card- stock.
The paper is beautiful and a very nice thickness, but the double-sidedness is ruined by a practically permanent sticker that will not come off without extreme, slooowww effort and even then the paper may tear. That is very disappointing—not to mention frustrating!
Love it! Colors are bright and shiny. Wonderful for Christmas cards.
I should have read the reviews before I bought this because I had a problem with getting the sticker off as well and I was using it for a large Scandinavian Star. I couldn't get the sticker off without ruining the paper underneath. If the back side isn't going to show your fine, but if you need the whole back side like I did buyer beware.
