These images are so reminiscent of images of Christmas in the 60's when I grew up. I will be making a page about my favorite ornament of all time - a red Shiny Brite "Silent Night" glass ball that my grandmother gave me off of her tree when I was 3 (57 years ago!). It is the first ornament that goes on my tree every year. I really love Shiny Brite ornaments but I love my grandmother more. My grandmother is still with us. She is 98 and still lives in her own home!
I followed Maymay on UTube to create over thirty cards from this one paper pack. Really fun. Enjoy!
I found this paper to be unique. On one side it has one pattern, on the other side it has pictures that you may cut out. I am using it to make Christmas cards. The cut-outs are sort of 50's theme. The adults are dressed with overcoats and hats, even the women have dress hats on, heels, "Leave It to Beaver" era. I found it sort of fun to delve it to it!
Beautiful retro Christmas pack with the perfect colors. I loved it!
Love this set, super cute colors and great texture of paper!
I love, love this paper collection. I combined it with Tim Holtz Christmastime stamp set because not only are the designs old-timey but they're printed on slightly textured, slightly tea colored paper. I had fun with this!
I just love Steven Duncan's designs! So retro and it reminds me of all the good times as a child with my favorite Grandma. Its the thick Carta Bella paper. Can't go wrong with this one.
