Love this die. Purchased it for my Christmas Cards. Because of the intracit pieces, I use a die cleaning tool or poking tool to clean all the tiny bits out of the die after each cutting.

I'd love to see a series in this style and size for other creatures great and small. Love these Paper Panda Dies. I have at least half a dozen probably more now. I have to put a brake on my enthusiasm for sure. I have a few of their stamps too. Anyway the stag wouldn't he be great to wrap around a travel mug using permanent adhesive vinyl. Depending on background of mug and type of vinyl design and color it could really pop or rock or both. For a more subdued male or female just staying natural deer and dark solid background would in itself be special.
This die is so beautiful, but I erred and did not take into account it's HUGE size (too big for most cards that I would make - minimum size 6x6" suggested). I might be cropping it to fit into smaller sized cards, but I was really thinking/hoping the overall image was smaller.
This took my breath away when I first saw it, so I treated myself and found the cost well worth it. It is a really large die! I think it'd take a wraparound style or just a big card to make it really work. The only issue I had with it was making my stack work correctly in my Cuttlebug die cut machine. I used the appropriate stack, but kept having to add single sheets of copy paper as shims until I got just the right pressure, and then I still had to run it through a good number of times; more than 5, if I recall correctly. That hassle was worth every bit, because he is magnificent when you get all those little bits picked out. I also kept the negative shape, which is just as lovely, for use in some other project. I think at some point I may just use it as a stencil!
