Share an expression of sympathy with the Thinking of You Die set by Creative Expressions. The package includes 2 thin metal dies from the Mini Shadowed Sentiments Collection. The set measures 3.8" x .63" and is designed by Sue Wilson. The dies are compatible with most die cutting machines (sold separately).
At first I had a lot of trouble accurately adhering the text onto the background shadow and thought the purchase was a mistake. Finally I figured out the solution: Secure the card to the stamp platform with the magnets. Adhere the shadow background to the card front. With the precision tip of glue, write the script word with glue onto the shadow piece. Holding the script piece with craft tweezers, lay the script onto the shadow. Perfect results every time! Nothing slides around thanks to the stamp platform and the shadow being secure. Now I'm thrilled with my purchase!
This die cuts well. The font is easy to read. It can be used with or without the background die. However, the thing I like best about this die (compared to other "thinking of you" dies) is that the dots on the i's are connected! No chance of me losing the dots using this die. This is a thin die so be sure to look at the measurements, it came as I expected it to be and is a good size for what I wanted. I am pleased with this purchase and would buy others in this line.
Just note that these are very small. I use a fine-tipped glue bottle to adhere these without glue mess.
Very nice bought one for a gift and of course one for myself looks very interesting.
