    beautiful lustre

    Scrapbook.com as always, in spite of the pandemic, delivered really quickly to Western Australia. This polish is creamy and goes on smoothly and when dry shimmers with glorious colours. I've used it on paper, fun foam and acetate. Used over black is iridescent. Luscious!
