This bottle of Cut Grass Cosmic Shimmer, Pixie Burst, is from Creative Expressions. This bottle contains 25 ml of a dry mica powder and dye mix that when mixed with water will create an explosion of color on any porous surface. Simply place some powder onto a wet surface, use a wet brush to paint the water onto the powdered surface, or mist some water onto the powdered surface. Any of these techniques will help you make an explosion of color in shades of green with a hint of black, blue, and yellow.
