Same happened to me, and i did receive a replacement. The color was so vibrant, I was hoping it was just a bad jar. The second jar arrived, and was better, but probably not by much. I kept it, and may try spritzing heavily with water to revive. At this point, I have nothing to lose. I think Scrapbook.com got a bad batch from Creative Expressions, so I don't fault them. But after seeing so many returns/comments of the same product, I'm hoping they look into this a bit further, and remove from their stock.
