Vintage, grunge, and nostalgia describe this background stamp. This 4" x 6" stamp showcases 6 different fabric patterns from yesteryear. This will enable you to use them all or use sections when crafting. This background stamp is part of the Creative Expressions Woodware Clear Singles collection and measures 4" x 6". This clear photopolymer stamp will adhere to an acrylic block and can be used with your favorite inks, paints, markers, texture pastes, watercolors, and any other mixed media products (all sold separately). There will be so many possibilities for color when using this stamp for cards and other paper crafting projects.
I like this vintage fabric stamp set even more in "person" and am glad I got it. It will be good for mixed media work, which is why I got it.
Most of the patterns on this stamp are nearly smooth so the image is very subtle and, if not very careful, can be smudgy. There are two images that are more raised and transfer very well, but overall I'm disappointed with this stamp. I loved the idea of a 'vintage fabric' pattern, but unfortunately, half or more of the patterns just don't translate well enough to give me the 'vintage fabric' look I was hoping for.
