As far as snowmen go, this guy is way too cute and will be on the must have list. This clear photopolymer stamp set includes 7 stamps, the snowman, a birdhouse, 1 present, 2 baubles, 1 snowflake cluster, and 1 sentiment, "Hey Mr. Snowman". This cute guy is part of the Christmas series from Pink Ink Designs. These stamps adhere to acrylic blocks and can be used with your favorite inks, markers, embossing powders, watercolors, colored pencils, and other crafting mediums (sold separately). The largest stamp measures 4.5" x 5.5" and the smallest measures 0.5" x 1.5".
I love this snowman stamp set. When I first saw it, I thought it would be too large for an A-2 card, but when I measured it, it's 5 1/4" tall, which would fit, vertically, on the front of an A-2 card front. It measures, 4 3/4" wide and to fit it onto an A-2 card, some altering would need to be done around the edges of the main image to remove the snow and snowflakes and the raised hand branch and I don't know if I will be able to alter the hand with the bird well enough to make it look like it was supposed to be meant to be like it's altered to be. I'm thinking I could just remove the raised arm, remove the little bird image's legs and make out like the snowman is smiling at a flying bird. That would work. (Where there's a will, there is usually a way...)
This image would be fine for the larger-sized cards. I like challenges, though, so I bought the stamp anyway because he will make a great Christmas decoration and addition to my snowman stamps collection. ( I even have one cousin, who sends us snowman Christmas cards and they are always so cute like this image is.)
