This 6" x 6" stencil, Tile Mania, is designed by Gabrielle Pollacco for The Crafter's Workshop. This reusable stencil will give you so many options for creating tile backgrounds for your projects. You can use mediums such as paints, sprays, inks, embossing pastes, glitter pastes, texture pastes, paper glazes, and more (all sold separately). This stencil can be used on a variety of surfaces also such as fabric, canvas, walls, mat boards, boards, furniture, or scrapbook pages. This stencil will clean up easily whichever medium is used. This stencil is made in the USA.
I really like the pattern on this stencil, but the plastic is so thin that with the delicate intricacies of the pattern, I'm convinced it won't hold up. I always wipe my stencils after use, and I almost broke it the first time I wiped it before I realized how fragile it is. I hope the manufacturer takes notice because I do love the pattern but would hesitate to buy other stencils from them after seeing how thin this one is.
I love, love, LOVE this stencil.... but it IS very delicate. I've already had two of the notches broken off, but I love it so much that I would buy it in a heartbeat if it were ever to become unusable. In hindsight, it might have been a good idea to sleeve it in plastic when storing it along with my other stencils.
Great stencil in size and design. Use it more than I thought I would.
