This Tulip Party stencil is designed by Julie Fei-fan Balzer for The Crafter's Workshop. This stencil measures 6" x 6". This is a reusable stencil that can be used with your favorite inks, markers, embossing pastes, glitter pastes, texture pastes, paints, sprays, mica sprays, stencil butters, and other crafting mediums (sold separately) to achieve remarkable results. This stencil can be easily wiped clean with a damp towel and if that doesn't do the trick, add some dish soap or Krud Kutter (sold separately), depending on the medium used. This stencil can be used on scrapbook pages, on walls, media boards, and other paper crafting, home decor, and mixed media projects. This stencil is made in the USA.
