  • Blooms Bundle

I was excited to purchase the Blooms bundle after watching Jennifer McGuire demonstrate multiple uses of both the stamp set and coordinating dies. I got beautiful results with the background stamp using my Misti, which enabled me to restamp for a saturated coverage. Now what? The fill-in stamps are not obvious to me. I get the leaves but the blooms are beyond me. There's no guide in the packaging. Thank goodness I can review Jennifer's video again, but I'm pretty sure she speeded through the stamping portion.

If you have developed a guide of any kind for this set, Please Please email it to me at [email protected]. I will set aside the set to save my backgrounds and sanity. I'm very excited to finish my projects

Thanks Sandy C-J You have my approval to not include this as a review. I will gladly provide another once I figure this out.

so much fun to create backgrounds

This stamp set makes it easy to create a variety of background papers in colors to coordinate with whatever you need. It takes a bit of time, but I tend to make multiples when I use this stamp set.

Questions & Answers
  • I purchased this stamp and the Plaid Background Stamp...love the designs, however, I am unable to get a complete print from either stamp. I have cleaned, inked and stamped multiple times but the image is blotchy. Any ideas on how to get these stamps to print with their full designs. I have other stamps by this company and they print beautifully so I do not know why these are not successful. Also, the stamps still have a very chemical smell even though I leave them out hoping the odor will dissipate. I look forward to your ideas!!! Thank you...Carol   By: willis (12-Dec-17) Helpful Question?  Yes  |  No Thank you! Report Inappropriate This question has been reported. Thank you!
    • Tricia...
Thanks so much for your response. Yes, I stamp them multiple times using several types of inks and assorted cardstocks (including those demonstrated by Jennifer McGuire, et al), use Misti and Holtz stamping platforms, inked/cleaned many times (per Concord and 9th) BEFORE using the stamps, but continue to have blotchy final products! I own other stamps of C&9th and they work beautifully. The only difference in my earlier stamps and these 2 new ones is the odor. Your ink recommendation is certainly worth trying. I greatly appreciate your time to respond with helpful suggestions...thank YOU! Carol By: willis (14-Dec-17) Helpful Answer?  Yes  |  No Thank you! Report Inappropriate This Answer has been reported. • Hi Carol. I have this stamp, and I was a
Little frustrated when I first used it. I did use a stamp platform and discovered using the Prima Color Philisophy ink pads worked the best for me. You do,however, need to stamp the pattern
at least four times for a good image. I would include some of the cards I designed, but there is no option here for me to include a picture. I hope this helps. By: tricia.mook (13-Dec-17) Helpful Answer?  Yes  |  No Thank you! Report Inappropriate This Answer has been reported. Thank you!
