This Metallic Pigment Ink Pad, Champagne is part of the Winter On Main Street Collection from Catherine Pooler Designs. This pigment ink pad is a warm beige metallic ink with lots of sparkle and shimmer. This pigment ink is archival, fade-resistant, and acid free. This ink is slow drying, which allows you time for blending and heat embossing. This ink will dry faster and be more permanent on porous surfaces. This ink can be used with clear embossing powder or a spray fixative (sold separately). This metallic ink will clean off your stamps with water, soapy water, alcohol, or stamp cleaner. Some ink may stay behind and you can use an old toothbrush to get in the crevices. This ink pad measures 3.68" x 2.43" and has a raised foam ink pad.
I picked up four metalic Catherine Pooler ink pads, since I love metalics so much and I didn't want to have to wonder what shade I didn't buy next time I need a different shade, this way I can see all four and choose the one that speaks to me artistically per card making project.

Can you use this ink with Betterpress? Do you have to heat emboss sentiments stamped with this ink?

Hello, it is not recommended to use Pigment ink like this ink pad because the foam pad and ink may apply too much ink to the press plate and will result in an over inked impression. You do not have to heat emboss sentiments stamped with this ink.
