This Metallic Pigment Ink Pad, Gold is part of the Winter On Main Street Collection from Catherine Pooler Designs. This pigment ink pad is a warm, yellow-gold metallic ink with lots of sparkle and shimmer. This pigment ink is archival, fade-resistant, and acid free. This ink is slow drying, which allows you time for blending and heat embossing. This ink will dry faster and be more permanent on porous surfaces. This ink can be used with clear embossing powder or a spray fixative (sold separately). This metallic ink will clean off your stamps with water, soapy water, alcohol, or stamp cleaner. Some ink may stay behind and you can use an old toothbrush to get in the crevices. This ink pad measures 3.68" x 2.43" and has a raised foam ink pad.
Love this color. Used it by itself and with clear embossing powder. Both look great and it’s a subtle sheen which I like because I prefer a clean look when making cards. Of course you could use it to bling up your cards. I like Catherine Poolers inks and I will be purchasing more shades from her metallic line.
