I had been looking and looking for brown enamel dots. I was so happy when I discovered these. They are great! I keep coming back for more. They stick well and the colors look like what I see online. I originally bought them to use on dog layouts and Fall projects, but I have found that they are way more versatile than that. I use them on so many things.
I like having these on hand. Ive had problems finding brown dots :o)
Over time I have tried to create perfect dots using every medium known, but always failed. I find that Doodlebug Enamel Dots is everything I want in this type of embellishment without the fuss. They come in three sizes, the most beautiful colors, very low profile, and adhere wonderfully. As far as I'm concerned there is nothing better that gifts me the time to do what I most love to do ... create!
I have been wanting some brown enamel dots. I find myself looking for them in my stash and realizing I don't have them. I do a lot of wilderness/ scenery sort of scrapbooking so I knew I'd make use of them. I have several off brands and so I was expecting these to be a better quality. Unfortunately, in the package I received, one of them is not really round. It is shaped like a pear. None of my off brands have this same problem even. Also, although there seem to be three distinct colors in the advertisement, in real life, the two lighter shades are very close in color. I don't know what I will do with the pear shaped one (maybe I'll have a project that calls for it after all), but I think I will be able to use the rest well enough in any case.
I love enamel dots. Great shades and sizes in this collection.
