      Perhaps fractions will be more helpful. 4mm = 5/32 inch (slightly over 1/8 inch) , 7mm = 9/32 inch, 10mm = slightly over 3/8 inch. Since the measurements are so small, mm are the best method for accuracy. The tool is for trimming corners, so try it out on some scrap paper first to see what works best for your project and you'll know what the curve looks like.
