I picked up this glue pen by accident at the local craft store. But honeslty, it was the BEST un-intended purchase ever. I did a fine detail project using very very detailed, multi-layer die cuts and I used this pen to put everything together. The ball point alowed for greater control, and since the glue rolled on blue, I was able to see exactly where the glue was. Don't worry, it dried quick and clear! Anyway, I was afraid I would run out of glue so I had buy two more pens for upcoming projects. I did a price comparasion across multiple websites and in-store locations, and Scrapbook.com had the best deal. not to mention I was able to get a bunch of other cool craft items I had been looking for too! :)
I don't know how this stacks up against other glue pens, and if it keeps working as well as it's been, I guess I won't find out. This pen applies easily, and even after multiple uses, I have had zero clogging issues. It's a ballpoint tip, and although the application isn't always as even as I'd like (sometimes you've got to give a little squeeze to get the glue flowing, and that can leas to excess), the adhesive has proven strong enough for my scrapbooking projects. No more glue sticks for me!
I have used these for years now and they are terrific. You can get a very minute dot of glue for the finest of cutouts or get a nice swirly line if you need that. Each one lasts a long time. If the tip gets gummy because you leave the cap off for too long just remove the residue with your fingers and start again.
I truly love these!
Martha Stewart makes the best tools.
I bought this Martha Stewart glue pen to use on a Disney castle that you have to put together and it has really thin lines, this is pressure activated and so the amount of pressure you use is how much will come out. This literally made my project a lot easier than it would have been. I love how it is blue and you know when it's starting to dry because it turns clear so you do have to work fast but it really is good.
I have used ALOT of glues over the years, but this one is by far the best. The applicator is easy to use, clean and sensibly built. The glue works beautifully and is easily placed EXACTLY where you want it. I keep a store of them for my own use and often buy them as gifts for friends coming to my carding parties. I would highly recommend this product, particularly for paper on paper work.
I really like this products and am disappointed not to be able to purchase it locally any more.
I make greeting cards for our Veterans for as many holidays as possible, sending 180 at a time, to a VA hospital and many times use an intricate die as part of the design. Using stick-it paper is too expensive for that many cards so this pen is perfect.

This pen is also great for outlining pictures, etc. to attach glitter. I use it all of the time for line drawings with glitter.
I use all of her glue products and find them to be the best for many reasons. The wide tip glue pen doesn't wrinkle paper when you need to attach it. All of her glue products are quality products and I regularly use them all.
I had bought another glue pen and it just didn't work right - used this on a small word that I cut using my Silhouette - the word stuck the first time, I could shift it while I was putting it down - this was GREAT.
This is the BEST. You can glue anything with this pen. The glue holds, it is not messy and all in all just a good product. I would highly recommend it to anyone who is doing any kind of crafts. Pat B.
