If you prefer a black background when creating your own mini albums, this Foundations black portrait album from 49 and Market will be the ideal album for you. This album includes 3 attached flip pages which open up to 12.5" wide x 8.25" high. When closed, the pages measure 6.25" x 8.25". The cover, which can be decorated, measures 6.5" wide x 8.5" high x 2" wide. This chipboard album will be a great tool when you want to create your own specialized album.
I am very pleased with the quality of this album. The cover feels sturdy and the front and back are well approximated. The pages also appear to be a nice weight and I think that they will hold up well over time. The ONLY thing that may need a tiny bit of attention are the flaps on the pages. They are tad bit too wide, causing them to “bump” into or catch on the spine when the pages are turned over. This will be easily solved by trimming a sliver off of the edge of each flap. No big deal. I am looking forward to working with this album!
The cover measurements are as stated at 6.5 inches wide and 8.5 inches high with a 2 inch wide spine. The pages in the closed position measure 6 3/8 inches wide and 8 1/4 inches high. When the flaps are fully opened, the pages measure 12 5/8 inches wide and 8 1/4 inches high.
I love this album from 49 and market and the flip folio that I bought to use with it.
I purchased this to showcase my granddaughter's first birthday photos. She's a Halloween baby. I don't have the photos yet but I am getting the layout ready with 49 and Market enclosures and I'm very impressed with the quality of this album.

Hard to say really. There are 3 pages which when opened measure 8.25" x 12.5" (score is at 6.25" mark). depending on size of photos, use of pages and whether or not you add more flips and flaps, endless possibilities. Hope this helps
