    • Missy Whidden uses them in some of her process videos on YouTube. Or I'm sure you'll be able to find more videos explaining the different ways you can use them :) By: ScatteredConfetti (20-Oct-19) Helpful Answer?  Yes  |  No Thank you! • According to the manufacturer, these are not sponge tipped pens rather "they are highly pigmented crayons. They are creamy smooth and water soluble. They can be used for painting or smudged with a finger to create color shades and blended colors. Gelatos can also be dissolved in warm water and used as a spray paint. Since they are water-soluble, they can also be used with a brush to achieve attractive watercolor effects. Gelatos are also superb for stamping: simply dampen the surface of the stamp, coat with one or more colors and press onto the paper."
