this was the best product i have purchased! it was the first thing i got when i started getting into swaps and 12x12 pages! the blades last forever and they slide so easy and there sooo simple to change out no fuss what so ever! the rulers on the cutter and the one that you can pull out helps so much and lets you get the exact cutting you want! this is a awesome awesome scrapbooking tool and its a must have! it cuts through cardstock so fast and so easy! just one swish of that blade and wala you got the exact measured piece of paper you wanted with out having to bust out that old ruler and find a pencil then try to get the ruler straight and then trace out the line then cut it with regular scissors all ya gotta do is get this trimmer and its all in one!

This is my fourth paper trimmer. I have a fiskars rotary trimmer that I used until the mat went. Then I got a trimmer that has blue on blue numbers, great trimmer but hard to read. Next, I got the one that lights up, difficult to cut straight. finally, I got this one. I LOVE it. The black on silver numbers are so easy to read. I use the trimmer with the swing out on the bottom (upside down) and have no problem with accuracy. Someone in an earlier review said there were problems with the 5" trim, but I found there is a black mark at the 5" that she may not be seeing.
An added perk to this trimmer is the scoring features. You can get a scoring blade or you can use your embossing tool down the cutting groove.

I have had my Fiskars paper trimmer since I started scrapbooking 10 years ago and I couldn't do without it! While I don't have this exact model (obviously since it was purchased 10 years ago), the one I have has the same features. The pull out ruler makes it great for cutting 12x12 paper into strips or getting it that perfect length for a mat and it's flat enough that it doesn't take up much space in storage. All you have to do is replace the blade once in awhile (with as much cutting as I do I'm suprised it lasts so long!). Fiskars is the same brand I use for sewing (something I learned from grandma!) and once again they've delivered a great product!

I have had this trimmer for a couple years and love it. The blade slides so you can start at any point on your paper. It is also very easy to get a straight cut. The replacement blades are easy to find and pretty cheap, (they have scoring blades too.) This little trimmer is small enough to easily fit into a crop bag and go with you on the road. The only problem I have had is if I have a strip of paper thinner then about a 1” and I want to cut it, it is difficult to hold it in place. The blade arm overlaps the paper by ¾”. Otherwise, this product it great, it is portable, easy to keep clean, easy to operate, inexpensive and it cuts straight!
This Fiskars paper Cutter was one of the best tools I ever purchased. I’ve been using it for years and so far it never disappointed me. The razors last for a long time and the cut is clean and sharp. On many occasions I cut up to 4 papers at the same time and it does a great job. (Please note that this applies for light weight paper, with regular cardstock I successfully cut 2 pieces at the same time, but for any thicker paper I would recommend to cut only one at a time.) The gridlines make it easy to measure how much you want to cut.

This is a great tool for cutting. You never need to worry that you'll cut your fingers. You get an extra blade when you buy it and it has a great little arm that slides out to help line up 12x12 papers. The cutting is very smooth and precise. The overall tool is very durable and doesn't feel brittle which makes it great for toting when at workshops. I've even cut two bazzil papers at the same time and this paper trimmer does it effortlessly and cleanly! This is an awesome tool to have.

After trying two other paper trimmers, I finally decided to try the Fiskars Euro. I am SO glad that I did! Now I can cut straight the FIRST time, whether I'm cutting photos, patterned paper, or cardstock. Even narrow strips cut smoothly and accurately. The aluminum grid is easy to read and helps to ensure accurate cuts, while the swing arm aids in measuring larger pieces of paper or cardstock. I highly recommend the Euro Paper Trimmer!
I bought this trimmer 7 years ago at Joann's using my 50% off coupon. What a bargain! At first I didn't use it more than once a week, then usage became more frequent. For the last 9 months, I have used it every day. It cuts straight and is so easy. I have not yet had to replace my cutting blade! The grids and numbers are easy to read too. I recommend this trimmer to everyone!
This trimmer is excellent! I love how it has the other measurements on it for accurate cuts. It also has the extended arm for longer cuts and measurements. The blade is very sharp and lasts a long time. It also came with an extra blade. It easily snaps in. Great product for the price!!
