This Lovely Layers - Bugs eight piece Honey Cuts Steel Craft Die set is part of the Modern Spring Collection from Honey Bee Stamps. This die set layers three separate bugs, a butterfly, a dragonfly, and a bee. These dies are compatible with leading die cutting machines (sold separately). This die set can be used to make cards, scrapbook pages, tags, journals and planners, and other paper crafting and mixed media projects. The largest die measures 3.5" x 0.81" and the smallest die measures 0.56" x 0.43". There is a layering guide on the Honey Bee Stamps website for help in layering.

You can create 3D-ish butterfly, bee or dragonfly because the wings are seperate from the body. The wings can be colored with alcohol markers because of the detailed impressions the die leaves.
… really need to understand the die cuts I am buying! … This one cuts out the shapes needed; however more practice is needed to get the bugs to look like they should ! … I will have to play more with them!
