This 18 piece Honey Cuts die set is from Honey Bee Stamps and is part of the Sealed With Love Collection. This die set is a layering set and will help you create beautiful layered roses. These 100% high quality steel dies are compatible with leading die cutting machines (sold separately). These dies can be used to create cards, scrapbook pages, and other paper crafting, mixed media, and home decor projects. The large rose layer measures 2 3/4" wide x 1 3/4" tall, the stem with leaves measures 2 1/2" wide x 3 1/4" tall, the rose bud measures 3/4" wide x 2" tall, and the large leaf measures 1" wide x 1 5/8" tall.
Wonderful die set that can be used for so many occasions. Cuts beautifully. Only suggestion is Honey Bee to mark what piece is what. I had to do it on my own by “matching” the online directions and shapes found at the Honey Bee site. The die shapes of the rose head are almost identical to each other until you look for the slight difference between them. Since they are layered it is important to know what is piece 1 to 7. Thankfully the bud and stem are very easy to figure out. Overall it is a great price point at scrapbook.com and I was happy to find it in stock as they always ship so very fast!
I opened the package was was a little nervous about all the layers, but after watching a U-tube video I was set to give it a try. It went together easily and turned out great, I can’t wait to try different color roses. Love it!
Although I have not used this die set yet, I have no doubt that the results will be beautiful. I love the quality of all the Honey Bee sets I have purchased prior. Once I finish Christmas cards this is one of the first dies I plan on using.
