This background stamp can be cleaned with your favorite stamp cleaner, the popular Stamp Shammy or just simply wash it with water. Use the stamp with or without an acrylic block and your favorite inks (sold separately).

This is a beautiful stamp. The red rubber allows intricate details to transfer beautifully. The only detail on the stamp that might get lost during stamping are the very thin circles which surround a few of the stars. I highly recommend using a stamping platform to stamp this image, namely because there is so much solid area. Restamping in order to get more complete ink coverage is pretty much a given.
This stamp was different than I expected... the stars and moon are the negative space in the stamp. I expected the opposite when looking at it online. It is still very beautiful. I will have fun developing my blending techniques with it and it will be great to use on the gelli plate.
This negative background stamp is awesome. I used it on top of a printed background first with blue and then purple. It left the moon and stars in a lighter shade of blue from the printed paper. Then I used silhouette stamps of plants and a fairy to create a fairy card. Next will be a deep night sky and either with children or a animals looking up. I will use this a lot. Since I had to stamp several times, I would suggest using a stamp platform.
