The creation of the MISTI rescued me from being the worst stamper on the planet! I had acquired next-to-no stamps and inks because it was downright embarrassing how awful I was at stamping. My old MISTI was very well used and when the new one came out, I bought another original sized MISTI. This time, however, I decided to give up the foam and paper and am using the mouse pad. Scrapbook.com was the first website to have it restocked and had the best price. The mousepad is infinitely better than the foam and paper! It cleans up like a dream and results in less "stuff" to keep track of! If you put the Sticky grid paper on it you don't need magnets!
I am so happy they came out with this mouse pad! It makes it so much easier to clean up the MISTI rather than the original foam insert. I have 2 of the original MISTI's and 2 different mouse pads for them!!
I love the mouse pad for the Misti.It makes cleaning a breeze and erase the need for the pad of checkered paper.I would strongly recommend it.

I love this mouse pad instead of using the grid paper, easy to wipe clean . I use the grid paper now only When I use rubber stamps.

Does this replace the soft black cushion that came with the Misti? I have lost mine and need to replace it with something that takes its place.

Yes it does. I also like it so much better than the one that comes with the new Misti. I only use the grid paper now when using rubber stamps.

Having the extra nose pad is quite useful. I bought an extra one just in case. I like that it can be wiped clean when ink gets on it vs using scrap paper.
