Surf's up! Create adorable invitations, pages and more with the Color Layering Sea Turtle Die and Clear Acrylic Stamp Set by Hero Arts. The package includes 21 stamps, four coordinating thin metal dies and four 1" dye cubes. The Frame Cuts dies are compatible with most die cutting machines (sold separately) and the stamps are designed for use with an acrylic block, also sold separately. The photopolymer stamps are made in the USA and measure .5" x .5" to 2.5" x 2.5". The Fresh Foliage ink cubes are water-based, acid-free, archival, fade resistant and include the colors Lime Green, Green Hills, Fresh Lawn and Forever Green inks. The stamps include different turtle accents and sayings such as Surf's Up and Mahalo.
These stamps have a very nice design but the layers are difficult to match. It took quite a few tries before i got them close enough to be satisified.
This kit is so adorable. I plan to use it for traveling to Hawaii to journal. I will use it for more than that as well. As always Hero Arts make really good quality supplies that are so beautiful.
It was a little difficult to layer the stamps. But really cute once you get the line up right. so plan on playing with this a few times to get the feel of the line up and colors. Would be nice if written and illustrated instructions were included.
Complete Set. Easy to use. Beautiful colors. Made the perfect card for a close friend who loves her Hawaii Birthday's but will not be able to make it this year. I know $30 for one card right? But this is a set that I will be able to use more than once and the inks, stamps and dies can be used separately or together, or two at a time. Very Versatile.
This is a beautiful layering turtle. Nice size for cards. I wasn’t aware when ordering that it comes with the 4 green small stamp pads which is a real bonus. I have a stamping platform so lining up the different stamps was a cinch.
I can't wait to use this on my Hawai'i scrapbook pages and it'll make great cards!!!
